Registration procedure

Ways to register:
EUPRERA 2009 Congress registration can only be made electronically, through the online form available on this website.  Please read the procedure below and then complete the form on a secure connection at http://www.euprera2009.com/registration_form.html

Acknowledgement of Congress registration:
The EUPRERA 2009 Congress local team will send an acknowledgement of your registration via email within 3 working days of your registration being received (make sure you mention a real and valid email address on your form). Still, registration will only be considered valid after the payment of your registration fee.

Fees & Deadlines:

All fees are expressed in EUR and include 19% VAT.

1) The fee includes: access to all sessions of the congress, congress bag and all materials, 2 lunches, 6 coffee breaks, 1 cocktail, 1 social dinner, city tour with visit of the Parliament Palace, VAT.
2) The fee includes: access to all sessions of the congress and PhD seminar works, congress bag and all materials, 2 lunches, 6 coffee breaks & 1 social dinner during congress, 1 lunch + 4 coffee breaks during seminar, VAT.
3) The fee includes: access to all sessions of the congress, congress bag and all materials, 2 lunches, 6 coffee breaks & 1 social dinner during congress, VAT.
4) The fee includes: access to PhD seminar works, 1 lunch + 4 coffee breaks during seminar, VAT.
5) The fee includes: access to all sessions of the congress, agenda & book of abstracts, 2 lunches, 6 coffee breaks, VAT.
6) The fee includes: 1 cocktail, 1 social dinner, city tour with visit of the Parliament Palace, VAT.
7) The fee includes: access to the National Conference sessions and all sessions of the EUPRERA congress, agenda & book of abstracts, 2 lunches, 6 coffee breaks, VAT.

All fees must be paid in EUR, except for Romanian attendees who are required to pay in RON, at the currency exchange rate of the National Bank of Romania, valid on the date of their payment.

Please note that registration and/or payment upon arrival can only be done on an exceptional basis.

Payment Methods Accepted:

Registration fees payment will be made in advance of the event.
Any registration form received without a valid payment will not be processed. 
Selection of an incorrect registration category may require rate adjustment.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Any request for changes or cancellations will be announced to the organisers in writing, by email to congress@euprera2009.com or by fax 0040-21-3146177, all the details for bank transfer of the corresponding refund (bank, bank address, IBAN, swift code, name of the account owner).

For cancellations received before July 20, the full value of the registration fee is refundable (minus bank transfer commission).
For cancellations received between July 21 – September 01, 50% of the registration fee is refundable (minus bank transfer commission).
For cancellations received after September 01, no refund is possible.

In case a registered attendee is no longer able to take part in the Congress, a substituting attendee can register instead, but only after contacting the organisers for instructions, by email at congress@euprera2009.com.

Early registration: between May 01 – May 31, 2009
Standard registration: June 01 – September 01, 2009
Late registration: September 01 – September 15, 2009 (upon availability)
Cancellation with full refund: by July 20, 2009
Cancellation with partial refund: July 21 - September 01, 2009
Cancellation with no refund: after September 01, 2009
