• September 23rd: The national pre-event will be open freely to international guests and will take place at the premises of the Faculty of Letters – University of Bucharest, address: no. 7-9 Edgar Quinet street.

• September 24th – 26th: EUPRERA Congress works will be held at the premises of the Central University Library in Bucharest, Romania, address: no. 88 Calea Victoriei. Located on the oldest and most famous road in the heart of Bucharest, this is one of the city’s emblem buildings, with an interesting history, dramatic moments and impressive come-backs. • Special rate hotels are located at a distance of 5 to 15 minutes from the Central University Library, as follows:

- Ramada Majestic Hotel – address: 38-40 Calea Victoriei, 5 minutes’ walk from the Congress locations, 3 minutes from the Faculty of Letters.

- Academica Hotel next to the University Rectorate, address: no. 36-46 Mihail Kogalniceanu Blvd., 15 minutes’ walk from the Congress location.

- Siqua Hotel, address: 59A Calea Plevnei, 10 minutes by taxi from the Congress location.

- Minerva Hotel, address: 2-4 Gheorghe Manu Str. (crossroad with Lascar Catargiu Blvd.), 10 minutes’ walk from the Congress location.
