The local organising team has negotiated special accommodation rates for you, but please note that the rooms and special rates limited and available on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, so make sure you book as early as possible, before September 01, 2009. Please also note each hotel’s reservation deadline and cancellation policy mentioned in the corresponding reservation form.
Are you a EUPRERA 2009 Congress attendee?
You can book hotel rooms at a very attractive special Congress rate at the four-star Ramada Majestic Hotel, located in Bucharest, Calea Victoriei no.38-40, only 3 minutes’ walk from the Congress locations, in the most beautiful and interesting area of the Romanian Capital. Are you a PhD seminar attendee?
An exclusive deal is available for you at our Academica Hotel, located in Bucharest, Mihail Kogalniceanu Blvd., no. 36-46, in the same yard as the University Rectorate, where the seminar will take place. Ways to book your hotel room:
Please use only one method to make your hotel reservation:
- Fax: Complete the corresponding form for the hotel of your choice and send it via fax to the hotel’s number indicated in the form.
- Email: Complete the corresponding form for the hotel of your choice, then scan it and email it to the hotel’s email address indicated in the form.
Acknowledgement of reservations:
The hotel you choose will send you an acknowledgement of reservations via email/fax within 3 working days of your reservation being received (make sure you mention correct contact details on your accommodation form). Please review all information for accuracy. If you do not receive a reservation acknowledgement in this time frame, please contact the hotel.
Payment Methods Accepted:
Credit card guarantee and payment is required by some of the hotels.
Reservation deadlines, guarantees, cancellations, refunds:
Please read carefully the information stated on each hotel’s accommodation form. Deadlines, guarantees and cancellation conditions may differ from one hotel to another. Cancellations after certain dates incur penalties. Please contact the hotel of your choice for any further details you may need.
